DHIR GALA, MD '24
UK TRACK STUDENT SPEAKER
Dhir Gala, MD, a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a BS in Biology, distinguished himself
both academically and athletically. He received a scholarship to play varsity tennis and graduated
Summa Cum Laude. His passion for medicine led him to pursue his medical studies at the American
University of the Caribbean (AUC) in the UK, where he was part of the inaugural cohort and served
as the first SGA President of the AUC UK track. He played an instrumental role in the formation of
the AUC UK tack and contributed significantly to its growth and success.
He is working as a clinical fellow for the UK and in July, Dhir will be starting his residency in Internal
Medicine at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. Please join me in welcoming Dhir Gala, a shining
example of excellence and leadership in medicine.
