The relationship in which the various subgroups of a group can be described by a subgroup lattice.
So a subgroup lattice is a diagram containing all the subgroups of a group that are directly related
(eg H is said to be directly related to K if and only if H is a proper subset of K). For an example of
the case from the Z above, you can see the lattice diagram as shown below
