Licenses and Permits

All businesses need licenses and / or permits from

the City, County , State and or Federal Government.

Go to the City Hall or the Courthouse and ask to see

the " City Clerk" ask yourself these questions.

• Did you write down the name of person

contacted at the City Hall or State

• Is your location zoned for your business?

• Does your business require a State

License?

• Are you clear with the Planning

Department?

• Are you clear with the Health Department?

• Are you clear with the Building

Department?

• Do you have a business license?

• Do you have a Certificate of Occupancy?

• Do you have an Employer Identification

Number ( EIN) ?
