---------------------Thick dark ice blasted their car--------------------
“This is a merproblem not a human cop problem and even if we did, they have powers
just like I do. They are just stronger, older and have more training than I have. I don’t
want anyone to get hurt.” Chellejary responded looky nervously out the window as they
drove. Blackened ice began to creep up from the back of their car towards them. The
raido stopped and so did the sound of Sirenamelosjhara’s breath. All went quiet in the
car, Chellejary’s body vibrated intensely. She turned her head to see her friend passed
out at the wheel. And Sirenamelosjhara’s hands frozen to the steering wheel and her
head drooped on top. Chellejary’s eyes widened. Her friend was covered in black ice.
And the rest of the car was becoming the same. They were going 98mph on a ledged
road. You could cliff off at any wrong turn. And there were cars up a head not too far
from them.
“Sasheeni mawe (Sah-she-nee-mauh-way) .“ A voice said. Chellejary quickly pulled
the E-brake and turned the car off. She moved Sireinamelosjhara feet off the pedals just
in case and in the nick of time too.. The car came to an abrupt stop after a few seconds.
She looked at her friend and then out the back window. The Cars that were following
them were nowhere to be seen and the back was almost completely iced. She quickly
called Sireinamelosjhara mom Delia, and told her that she needed to come pick up the
car. That it had stopped working on the side of the road.. And that Sireinamelosjhara
and her were getting a lift back by a friend and then going to stay the night at a camp
out with their singles group from their faith.
Chellejary carried her friend on her back, Sirenamelosjhara was still unconscious.
(whale sounds floated on the air.) “Come, this way my child. Feel the harmony of life
pulling you to us. Find us, come home Chellejary.” Came a voice from the wind. It was
slightly familiar and didn’t feel threnting. She felt her legs feel weightless and heard a
melody ring loud and clear in her mind as if she had heard it from a dream.
“Come my child of the deep,
sing our song of melody,
