The two turned immediately into merfolken as they submerged deeper into the
waters. They were stopped by something. It was almost like a hand wrapping around
them and stopping them in mid water. They opened their eyes and each one looked at
the other. They then felt the help of the hand leave them so they swam back up to the
surfers. BIG waves and crashing tides hit themselves as well as the rocks up above.
Anything else that may of been in its way was not spared either. The girls spit out
water as they reached the surface. “Where are we! What’s happening?” Sireinamelosjhara
shouted over the thundering waves and voicetres sky. They both shivered with fright
and the shock of the cold water. “I don’t know!” Chellejary shouted back. Waves swished
and swirled around them. “Look Out!” Sireinamelosjhara shouted as she jumped out of
the water towards Chellejary.
Chellejary looked up behinder and saw a massive ship heading right for her. Swoosh!
Slash! Chellejary was knocked backwards under the water by Sireinamelosjhara. The
ship started to come deeper into the water towards them. “Swim!” Sireinamelosjhara
shouted, grabbing her friend's wrist and bolting to the left of the ship away from it. She
let go of Chellejary’s hand but kept swimming quickly as fast as she could. When they
were a bit more out of reach to the ship. Chellejary called out to her friend.
“Sireinamelosjhara STOP! Where are you going?! ” But Sireinamelosjhara was too far
away to hear her. Chellejary quickly looked back seeing lightning and thunder up above.
A dark feeling came over her that sent shivers throughout the waters. Which made her
tail birthmarks light up with each lightning flash. As the lightning illuminated the
skies the light illuminated the water in patches down below. Making the dark blue waves
flicker in with color. She shook her head and blinked her eyes once then looked back into
the darkness. She swam towards the last place she had seen her friend. It was black but
the pockets of light from the lightning helped a bit.
“Sireinamelo-sjhara!.. Sireinamelosjhara! Can you hear me?!
SIREINAMELOSJHARA!” Chellejary echoed telepathically throughout
the waters. There was still no sign of her friend.
