In the end, remember we all have different degrees
of nerves. We deal with these things differently.
There is not one remedy that will work for
everyone. Find what works best for you, start with
smaller groups, and then assess what worked and
did not work. Always prepare by practicing your
speech and/or reviewing your presentation. Seek
feedback from someone you trust. Do not miss out

on speaking opportunities by not overcoming
this fear. Most importantly, do not be so hard
of yourself, give yourself grace, we are human,
trying to do the best that we can.
