GOALS
We hope that by now you’re clearer on what is happening in your congregation. After the time you’ve spent listening to your people, processing what you heard together, now it is time to communicate your next steps by putting together a clear plan for your worshipping community.
What are you actually planning to do? This session is about putting the pieces of the puzzle together. Who is going to do what when? How are they going to do it? Our hope is that you leave this session with a clear plan of how to grow young in your community over the course of six months, one year, and even five years from now.
Throughout this session, we will review some of our time together from session one. We hope you will be able to see the change that you’ve experienced from the time we began together until now. We believe that the true transformation will be reflected in your willingness to share with others — raising leaders up to further their influence in your community.
