The recent WAVE upgrade also resulted in MyChart’s new look and some great new features to enhance our patients’ online experience at Sansum Clinic.

WITH MYCHART, NOW YOU CAN:
u Request, view or cancel appointments
u Schedule an Urgent Care appointment, without the help of a scheduler
u Send messages, including photos, to your healthcare team
u Check-in for appointments, pay your co-pay securely and complete any required forms
u Pay bills and message customer service with any questions
uView after-visit summaries and test results
u View health information including allergies, diagnosis, medications and immunizations
My Life, My Health, My Way, MyChart.
uManage prescriptions including requesting refills
u Request proxy access to view family member’s medical records
u Use the mobile app to access your health information on your mobile device
