HOW TO SETUP YOUR VOICE MAILBOX FOR THE FIRST TIME:
u Call the UM8700 (Voicemail) using the internal number 7800
u Enter the default code: (0000) Follow the prompts-, enter a new
security code, record your name and record a personal greeting. HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MESSAGES FROM
A SANSUM TELEPHONE:
u From your telephone Press the Voicemail Key or dial 7800 2
u Enter your (new security code you set up) security code
u Press 1 for new messages, 2 to send a message, 5 for saved messages and 3 for set up options.
HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MESSAGES FROM OUTSIDE THE OFFICE?
uCall (805) 681-7800
u When voicemail answers Press the # + your voice mailbox
number or extension

Sansum Uses OKTA Multi Factor Authentication
Sansum uses OKTA Multifactor Authentication to protect clinic applications. OKTA is a tool used at login that require users to provide
a first and a second authentication type. Your first authentication type is your username and password; and the second authentication types can be one of the following: Mobile app, SMS, Security question, Google Authenticate and DUO.

The use of personal removable media is not allowed on Sansum Clinic computers. Contact the IT Service Desk to make arrangements for a secure encrypted alternative.
Never copy or save information from Sansum to a non-standard, unapproved device. This includes USB sticks, and Cloud Based Storage such as Google Drive, One Drive, Drop Box, etc. There is significant risk to our computer network and data posed by the usage of removable media. Malware and Ransomware threats
targeting healthcare organizations,
among others, are on the rise.
