Sansum Uses OKTA Multi Factor Authentication
Sansum uses OKTA Multifactor Authentication to protect clinic applications. OKTA is a tool used at login that require users to provide
a first and a second authentication type. Your first authentication type is your username and password; and the second authentication types can be one of the following: Mobile app, SMS, Security question, Google Authenticate and DUO.

u Call the UM8700 (Voicemail) using the internal number 7800
u Enter the default code: (0000) Follow the prompts-, enter a new
security code, record your name and record a personal greeting. HOW TO RETRIEVE YOUR MESSAGES FROM

u From your telephone Press the Voicemail Key or dial 7800 2 u Enter your (new security code you set up) security code
