Join us for at our Installation Luncheon on January 19th at Orlando’s. We will be installing our new board members! Please contact the Chamber office for more

Congratulations again to our 2022 Business Person of the Year Award winner: Bob McGartland, Robinwood Auto Service; our 2022 Zykan Family Legacy Award

Farm; our Ambassador of the Year winner: Barb Lytle, Sam’s Club; and our Rookie of the Year Brennen Sowa, State Farm!
As the chamber looks ahead, I want to thank our 2021 Board Chair Rick Dorsey for his leadership 2021. 2021 was a successful year for the Chamber, filled with
highs and lows but we couldn’t have made it thru without Rick! There was never a question too big or small and he was up for every challenge! Thanks Rick and
for all the food you dropped off the Chamber office, Carl has big shoes to fill!
Talking about Carl! I’m so excited to welcome our 2022 Board Chair Carletus Lathan with Hope Hospice! If you don’t know Carl, he’s the funniest person around
and a definite advocate for the community! We look forward to his leadership in 2022! A HUGE THANKS to outgoing board members: Dr. Misty Farr, Walmart; Tom
Gilliland, Vivial; Elizabeth Perkins, St. Louis Community College at Florissant Valley; and Jon Vogt, Catering To You.
Lastly, if you are not involved in a committee, we would love for you to get involved! We are always looking for our chamber members to participate in making
our events more creative and strengthening our chamber. Please call the chamber office and we would love to share with you the different opportunities for you
to get involved.
We have a couple of dates available for our Business After Hours, if you are interested, please call the chamber office.
I hope that this first month of the year energizes you with renewed hope for the future, like C.S. Lewis stated, “You are never too old to set another goal or to
dream a new dream.”
