ROOM 1 Luxury Suite One
This Luxury Suite is set exclusively on the top floor and has an amazing view of the coastline and Bushmans River. Luxury Suite
One has a king size bed that steps out onto a verandah taking in the beautiful scenery when you are having breakfast or a glass of
wine. The en suite bathroom has an enormous shower and bath to soak away your troubles, as well as providing thick fluffy towels
and bathrobes for extra comfort. This spacious room has its own lounge with a desk for reading on those lazy afternoons. Satellite
television, and a selection of Twinings teas and own Nespresso machine come standard.

ROOM 2 Luxury Suite Two
This Luxury Suite offers stunning views of the Bushmans River and coastline. The room has a king sized bed with its own lounge
and big armchairs to relax and enjoy the comfort of living or watch satellite television. The large en suite bathroom is cleverly
tucked behind the bedroom with a chandelier over the bath and a big shower to enjoy after a day at the beach. Thick fluffy towels
and bathrobes are provided in the bathroom. The suite has its own Nespresso machine and selection of Twinings teas. The room
leads onto the deck offering immediate access to the swimming pool to soak up the sun.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICY
50% deposit required to confirm booking No Shows forfeit 100% of total cost of stay
Arrival after 3pm and departure before 11am Cancellations less than 7 days prior forfeit total cost of stay
Children under 3 years, no charge; 3 to 12 years, 50%; and over 12 Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior forfeit 75% of total cost of stay
years, standard rate Cancellations 14 to 21 days prior forfeit 50% of total cost of stay
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card Cancellations 21 to 29 days prior forfeit 25% of total cost of stay
Guests must be 21 and over to hire properties All refunds charged at R500.00 admin fee
The guest houses are leisure and relaxation Booking are only accepted as cancelled when written requested has
No large or late parties or excessive noise are been received and confirmed by the
allowed property its self.
