Stefanie Fischer: Managing Director of Sales
Stefanie manages the Sales team whilst looking after
sales to the US, German-speaking world & Pan global deals and joined OTF in 2019. After graduating in international business and management from The Hague University she started her career in TV sales at ZDF enterprises where she was responsible for content sales into English speaking territories, Iberia, Latin America, the Nordics and global/multi-territory deals for all genres - kids, drama and factual. She also worked at Sony Pictures and ProSieben.Sat1 where she looked after the German speaking territories. In her previous role at WDR mediagroup she headed and built up a new department responsible for international sales and co-productions with a focus on kids content. She is a native German speaker, fluent in English and Dutch and has a good understanding of French and Spanish.
Loren Baxter: Head of Acquisitions
Loren is the Head of Acquisitions and has worked with Off the Fence for over five years. She is in charge of sourcing content from a range of independent producers and broadcasters for the Off the Fence portfolio. Loren works with projects from early development, helping producers make their shows more international, right through to finished programme acquisitions. Previous to working for Off the Fence, Loren worked as a sales executive for distributor Indigo Film & Television, selling a broad range of factual, fiction and kids content to international broadcasters.
