Who has Responsibility for Imitation?
THE RESPONSIBILITY IS DUAL
Both leader and the led have respective responsibility for making imitation happen.
LEADER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The leader has a responsibility to encourage the follower to imitate him or her, and also to assure that imitation offers desirable benefits including leadership capacity development.
FOLLOWER'S RESPONSIBILITY
The follower must take responsibility for taking active steps to imitate the leader, without which the leader's impact will be constrained.
