The Follower's Responsibility
• The quality of the follower's imitation effort will determine the quality of leadership capability that is developed.
• The leader cannot impact the follower without his express direct or indirect permission and cooperation.
• Imitation cannot be left to the leader! Followers must 'exercise' themselves.
IT'S THE FOLLOWER WHO IMITATES
• The actual act of imitation remains the sole responsibility of the follower.
