PRIDE THAT PAYS
• A good leader is like a 'father' or 'mother' and followers, as children, should follow such with pride.
• A good leader, like a good shepherd, will never lead the follower astray. That should elicit pride in the follower as he/she embarks on the journey of imitation.
• Takingprideintheleaderistherewardthat the led give to a good and faithful leader.
• This kind of 'pride' gives peace!
