• Many people are attracted to good leaders and they make attempts to imitate them.
• Suchattemptstoimitateoftengowrongbecause the prerequisites for successful imitation are not fulfilled.
• Imitation only succeeds when undertaken as a very deliberate act that seeks to internalize certain key elements about the leader.
