Loss of Personal Identity
Your Fear
You are worried that you will lose your personal identity in favour of the leader's personal identity.
Your Gain
Your identity is kept intact and actually helped to form in uniqueness.
Philip for example retained his distinct personal identity (Acts 8:5- 8), despite his active work of evangelism patterned after those of the original apostles.
None of the apostles lost their personal identities following Jesus.
