The zonal and spatial planning of the said office is
executed keeping in mind the occupants of the
space will be millennials and Gen-Z. Ideas such as
comfort, agility and usability of space are of utmost
importance. The center acting as the semi-public
zone is the nucleus of the design which
encompasses of the main board room and
collaboration/town hall space. The idea of agility is
smartly tackled with efficient designing of agile
workspaces.
The executive spaces are carefully planned to get
privacy at the same time they are open to anybody
who wants to access the space in their absence.
There is technology which divides the executive
zones from the common zones in a more effective
manner when needed.
The work zone comprises of permanent
workstations along with central setup for laptop
users who have the freedom to move from the said
workstations to spaces for conducting town hall or
high tables or cabins, as desired.
