It’s June, half way through 2024 already and here’s what’s happening at the TPCBA...
We have a busy President and Board this year and we also have an ambitious Young Lawyers Section again with Patrick Brown as their leader. They are hosting a “Masquerade Ball” on Friday, June 14, 2024, from 6:00-10:00 p.m. at the Courthouse Square in Tacoma, WA. There will be an open bar, dancing, a photobooth and much more. Don’t miss it! Next, our Golf Committee is working on two TPCBA Golf Tournaments for us. The first one is on July
19th at the Highlands Golf Course. It’s a scramble format and all golfers of
any level can play. There will be sponsors, food, and fun! Our Annual Stroke Play Trophy Tournament will be held one week later on July 26th at The Home Course in Dupont. Both golf flyers are in this magazine. And don’t forget to red-mark and circle your calendar for the 28th Annual Bar Convention on September 13-15 at the Icicle Inn in Leavenworth. It’s going to be a weekend of The Academy Awards with all the usual non-stop fun for you and your family members.
