Julie Dugan is a Project
Manager with Tacomaprobono
Community Lawyers. Julie
was hired at the beginning of
2024 to manage special projects
within the organization; she
is presently in charge of the
Language Access Project along
with many other essential
projects. Julie is a long-time resident of Tacoma and has a background in both project management and non-profit administration. She lives in a lovingly restored 1920’s house, with her husband, daughter and two dogs. Most weekends you can find her walking their dogs or enjoying the garden.

We’ll be moving things around to allow for some of the pieces which have been loaned to our office to be part of an exhibit this summer July-September at Lakewood City Hall – ‘Souls & Stories’ with paintings by Laurie Davenport, Communications Director, and photographs by
Sylvi Estrella of Blue

by to take it in if you’re visiting Lakewood City Hall, where our Housing Justice Project also holds a weekly clinic from 9-12 every Thursday for people experiencing landlord-tenant issues.
