Winter Update:
The start of a new year is often seen as a fresh beginning, and here at the Law Library,
we're excited to kick off the year with a new batch of updated and newly added books!
New and Updated Hardcopy Books
Below are a few notable additions to our physical collection:
• Veterans Benefit Manual
by the National Veterans Legal
Services Program
This is the most comprehensive
treatise on Veterans Law.
Exceptionally well-researched
and updated annually, it is highly
regarded and frequently cited by
the United States Court of Appeals
for Veterans Claims.
• Personal Injury: Actions, Defenses, Damages
by Louis R. Frumer
A highly valuable resource, this book covers Personal
Injury Law across every U.S. jurisdiction. It provides
detailed analysis on recovery theories, cause of action
elements, necessary allegations, defenses, and damages
for over 200 potential fact patterns.
• Consumer Banking and Payments Law

The Law Library is also in the process of making some
significant updates to both our physical collection and
catalog. You may notice changes in the next several months
as we reorganize the library’s shelves to keep everything well-
organized. We are also working on improving our catalog to
make it easier to search for and find the materials you need.
Access From Anywhere
You don’t need to visit the Law Library in person to take
advantage of our collection. Many of our most popular books
are available digitally, meaning you can access them from the
comfort of your home or office. As long as you have an internet
connection, the Law Library is always with you!
