SALE FORMAT

The Rissington Bull Guarantee
All bulls sold in this catalogue are guaranteed for structural soundness temperament and fertility.
Our guarantee is that if a bull should prove infertile or breaks down due to reasons other than injury,
misadventure or negligence, Rissington will provide you with a satisfactory replacement if available,
or refund you equal to the purchase price minus salvage value on a sliding scale based on number
of seasons of use. Any request for a replacement/refund must be lodged with Rissington within 36
months of purchase, with the appropriate veterinarian certificate.

We recommend all bull purchasers take out FMG bull insurance on offer to cover the bull through
too pregnancy testing of the females he serves in his first season of natural service. Bulls are covered
for theft, infertility or death as a result of accident, injury, disease or illness.

Conditions of Sale
• All lots are sold exclusive of GST

• All purchasers are to settle their account in 14 days as per normal livestock trading terms
• A 6% Rebate is offered to agents

• Rissington retain the right to collect semen on any sire in the catalogue at their cost & at a
time convenient to the purchaser, for within herd use. Any semen revenue generated from
sales will be shared with the purchaser.
