        REQUIREMENTS

        Touch Down and Lift-off  Area (TLOF) is
        commonly referred to as a helipad and normally
        centered  in a Final  Approach and Takeoff Area     11.90m  21.85 m
        (FATO).  FATO  is  a  defined  area  over  which  the
        final phase of the approach maneuver to hover
        or landing is completed and from which the take-
        off maneuver is commenced. Also no obstruction
        should be above 20ft near the area.
