ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

I’m eternally grateful to my dad for raising me. I truly have no idea where I’d be if he hadn’t taken care when I
desperately needed at that age.
To my family. To wife Tshering Choki: for always being the supporter I could turn to during those dark and
desperate years. To my son, Rinchen Zangpo, for teaching me the value of health, life and happiness. And to
my daughter, Tsheulthrim Wangmo, for being a wonderful sister to Richen Zangpo. Thank you all for being
my wonderful family and for making me a proud father and husband.
