I will read you a folktale from
West Java, Indonesia. The title is
“Sangkuriang.”
Follow the story actively.

One of you will write the complete story on
the board. Follow him/her and hand-write the
story on a piece of paper.
Make sure you know the meaning of
every word and spell it correctly. Use the
punctuation marks correctly, too.
While you are writing, say the words loudly,
clearly, and correctly.
Use a dictionary. If you have any problems,
come to me.
