Eik opens up a bottle of Jack Daniels. He stands with one foot on the park bench

and raises the bottle in the air. Then he lowers his arm again and rummages in
the bag to bring out a pack of red plastic mugs.

He pours the liquor in the cups and hands them out to each member of the

group. When everyone got one, they all stand in a circle around the bench,
waiting for someone to say something.

                   Eik starts out, laughingly:

"I would like to make a toast to all of our new friends and say thank you, for
                   your hospitality."

They all toast and drink up, and then Eik starts to go around with the whiskey
bottle again to pour some more. Bibi keeps him near, while Winnie stands close

to Eugene - almost like glue. Eugene on the other hand, is more interested in

finding out what the truth is about the money is. How did their new friends get
their hands on that kind of cash? He thinks about how easy it would be to steal

the money from the three boys, especially if they are drunk, and no one will be

concerned in three street-kids who’ve lost their money. London's busy police
would probably smack them around a little bit if they approached them and kept

saying the same story, which they would consider a lie. At best, the boys could
hope for the police to contact their parents to pick them up, but even that

scenario would be one bad for the boys. If they got drunk enough, he could

quickly dig through their pockets while they’re asleep, and tomorrow, as they’re
waking up, he could say that they probably just lost the money while they were

on the bender – or if that fails, tell them that they are lying bastards.

A cunning plan begins to take form in his head. If his plan must succeed, he has
                   to stop drinking now.

He asks Eik: "Eik, can you tell me what kind of games or bets you’ve made in the

casino… is it horse racing, or what is it?
Eik takes a step back, empties his mug and reaches out to Bibi with the hand

holding the mug, as the other hand supports him on the bench. He looks like he's

about to lose his balance. He sways a bit, then Bibi grabs him as he’s about to
bend over. Janokovic sits by himself on the bench, and he looks like he's napping,

as he's not used to drink liquor in those quantities. All of the Brighton-boys are
sleep deprived and under the influence.
