These kinds of things happened o�en and put a lot of stress and pressure on me
when you’re trying to study and graduate. But I wanted to make my parents
proud and show them I wanted to make it! But no ma�er how hard things got, I

always put a smile on my face and acted like nothing was going on.

It became simple to lie to friends and family about how great I was doing, but I
didn’t even know how to make it. I became stuck because the path I was on
would not get me to my des�na�on. I got to a point where I couldn’t pay the

rest of my tui�on fees off, so they stopped me from wri�ng my final exams that
semester. At that moment, I asked myself, Why me; what am I doing wrong?

That’s when I realized I was studying the wrong thing. If I must suffer so much
pain and stress, then there must be a light at the end of the tunnel. Instead of
forcing my path, I should follow the direc�on given to me. I was at school telling

myself I’m going to make money when I graduated, yet I learnt nothing about
money. But the one talent I had was studying. I knew I could pull myself

together to research and learn about money; that was the only thing I did well.

Trial and error became the key to my success since I tried everything from

day-trading to Amazon FBA. I lost whatever li�le money I could make from my
job making these mistakes. But I never gave up! All of this just made me crazier

about learning and studying. It was so hard to find the right informa�on to
learn. I had to be a mentor and teach myself everything. But one day, I wrote
out everything I learnt; from all the books I read, all the experience I learnt from

inves�ng in stocks, and from all the lessons I gained from the money I’ve lost.
That’s when I connected the dots and figured it out.
