Dear LendKey Team,
Thank you for considering our proposal. It is our intent to present LendKey with a solution that addresses your immediate need and scales as you expand speech and data analytics to other parts the organization.
As with any product or service it only makes sense to acquire it if problems are solved through the use of that product or service. As we discussed, I believe Topbox will not only solve the problems you outlined for me but expose others you may not even have on your radar.
Our clients find value in three areas:
1. Quality Management – here 10’s of thousands, even 100’s of thousands of dollars of
value can be derived through automation and optimization.
2. Operational Efficiency – through better data at the agent level, linked to call drivers, our
clients see 100’s of thousands, even millions of dollars of benefit.
3. Customer Experience and Brand Value – Our clients see 10’s of millions of dollars in
value when they use interaction data to get upstream of the contact center, to the root
cause of problems and take confident action.
4. Agent Compliance – Priceless. Ok, maybe not priceless but the peace of mind associated
with automating this element of your business so that you can alert the business of failures and your supervisors to coach non-compliant agents is extremely valuable.

If during the evaluation period you don’t agree and are not 100% satisfied. Cancel our contract without penalty. We believe our platform and have referenceable clients to support our claim that value will derived in each of these areas.
