GOLF COURSE UPDATE

Dear Members,

The golf course received .6” of rain over the weekend, and the new
grass is loving the natural irrigation. I am pleased with the greens

appearance over the first 2 weeks of establishment, and they will
continue to fill-in rapidly. As fairway areas start to be mowed, lateral

growth of the turf will increase and you will see more surface

coverage every week. Approach areas around the greens will start to
become more defined as we mow the new grass lines. For the health

of turf, current mowing heights in approaches and fairways are
higher right now as we need to gradually step down the heights

throughout the grow-in process until our desired height is reached.
