                                               Ponzu Sauce




                                                         Yield 1qt


                                                     1 cup yuzu puree

                                                  2 cup light soy sauce

                                                        1 cup mirin

                                                  3 oz rice wine vinegar

                                                      3 oz sesame oil

                                             1 tablespoon chili garlic sauce


                                                          How   To

                            Gather all ingredients in a container and whisk to combine.

                                      It will hold in the re   frigerator for 2 weeks.




        **Most of these ingredients you can locate on the international isle at your grocery

          store. If you can’t find yuzu juice or puree then you can substitute the juice of one

                                        orange, two limes and one lemon.**
