Dear Members,

We are pleased to present you with an additional version of the Corpus
Christi Country Club Renovation Project. We understand that most of you
want to see what the Clubhouse could look like. This version provides
some schematic and conceptual plans. We are still waiting on the Capital

Reserve Study and will provide that information once it becomes
available. We have received the Full Structural Report and will release
that in a separate email given its length. We have also included the

assumptions and timeline for the Project. The Renovation Project will be
presented in detail by Mr. Jim Sedwick at the Special Meeting held on
September 8th.

The comments from the first Renovation Project Book have been great

and we understand your need for more information. I believe that this
additional Renovation Project Book combined with the first will provide
you with the information you have been asking for. This Project is very

important for the growth of our Club. We not only want to provide the
best experience to our members but also provide the best option for
prospective members and their families.
