When maintaining your lawn, you want to make sure to

utilize best maintenance practices to grow the

healthiest turf possible. In relation to mowing, a good

rule of thumb is the one-third rule, meaning you do not

want to mow more than one-third of the leaf blade off

at once. If your lawn is 3" tall, only mow 1" at a time.
