Golf Course

We would like to share with the membership that there has been a
14% increase to the Golf Course phase of the Project. This increase

is due to material and labor costs from Cole Sanders, the Golf
Course Contractor. The bid from the beginning of the year was $2.7

million to complete the Golf Course and now that bid has grown to
$3.1 million. The Board feels it would be in the best interest of the
Club to start this phase on schedule for December 1, 2021 because

of this increase and the potential for it to continue to increase.
Please understand that the Board’s commitment is to share with the

membership when increases such as this take place. Again, we ask
for your support and understanding as to why the Project as a whole
must move forward.

Each hole will be renovated, the next couple of pages are some

designs of a few holes to give you an idea of what it could look like.
