Club Renovation Plan

As mentioned earlier, the Club Project is a long-term development concept for Corpus Christi. The
Board set out to develop a plan that will increase members' satisfaction while also making the Club
more attractive to potential members.

The Board has identified the following features and benefits:
Provide a full-service, family-friendly club environment
Address the top modern club requirements:
Upgrading Casual and Family Dining
Creating new Family Amenities
Renovating the Golf Course

Outdoor Dining Spaces
Pool Area
Tennis Facility
Provide excellent value

The improvements will flow from the Plan as the need for improvements and
financing for the Plan allow.
