Plant growth regulators play a key role in
the management of fine turfgrasses. PGRs
can be used to suppress top-growth and
seedheads while enhancing turf quality.
Slower growth of turf leads to reduced
mowing costs, less scalping occurrence and
increased turf density. PGRs have a very
low use rate, so foliar applications are
required.
