GOLF COURSE AND EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE:
The winter freeze resulted in the loss of approximately 70 dead trees on
the golf course, which were removed via in-house labor.
Due to the nature of our effluent irrigation water, a calcium scale
remover product being injected in small doses into the irrigation
system resulted in cleaner lines and less clogged irrigation heads. pp. 32/33
In preparation for the Golf Course Phase of the Renovation Project, the
fairways were sprayed in the late Summer and Fall to eradicate existing
grasses to allow sufficient preparation time before new grass is planted
in the Summer 2022.
Identification of trees needing removal for the Renovation Project
began following dead tree removal. Approximately 150 were removed.
Expanded the driving range fairway line, resulting in less rough and
fewer lost range balls.
Replaced the gate behind #7 green due to excessive corrosion.
