CCCC Tennis Facility Upgrade Project 2022 Update

We are getting close - the rain is gone, and project is rolling right along. The new LED lighting is amazing, it
brings the daylight to nighttime. Also, S&J Fence Company continues to install the fence with courts 4 thru 6

completed. The framing for the back five courts has been completed and today they will start adding the chain
link fabric to courts 7 and 8.

The overlay process was completed last week and the resurfacing of courts 4 thru 6 has started. Those courts

should be completed and ready for play on Wednesday, September 28th weather permitting. Resurfacing on
courts 7 thru 10 will start next Tuesday.

South Texas Canvas has completed all eight awning structures which includes court 3 and court 11.

Please enjoy the shade on court 3. And, for those that never wanted to play on court 5 – we now have shade for
you and your opponents.

The Prestwick furniture for the courts has started to arrive. All the water stations have arrived. The benches are

delayed until the middle of October.
