CALL IN
It may be necessary for individuals in certain positions to be available by telephone after
hours during the week or on the weekend. Non-exempt employees who are called back
to work outside the employee's normal work schedule will be paid for the time worked
or a minimum of four hours, whichever is greater. Employees are expected to report to
the facility within 60 minutes of being notified.
Call in hours will be calculated at the employee's regular rate of pay. Any call in hours
will be used to calculate overtime. Employees are required to punch in and out utilizing
the timecard’s call in punch in order to track actual hours worked.
MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT ON CALL POLICY
The on-call schedule will be determined by the departmental manager and
communicated to the affected employees in advance. The schedule will specify the on-
call period, including start and end times, as well as any relevant contact information or
protocols for communication.
Employees who are on call must adhere to all of Big River's policies, including drug and
alcohol use and testing. Any violation of company policy may result in disciplinary
action, up to and including termination.
Maintenance Tech positions are eligible for $100 per month for on call pay. Maintenance
Tech employees who are on-call will receive the designated compensation of $100 per
month, regardless of whether they are called upon to respond to work-related matters
during the on-call period. This compensation will be paid on the first payroll of the
month.
Maintenance Tech Specialist positions are eligible for $200 per month for on call pay.

REQUIRED MEETINGS
Periodically there will be meetings that will require your presence. These meetings may
be before or after your regular shift or on one of your scheduled days off. If you are
required to attend one of these meetings, you will be paid for your time at the meeting.
Meetings will be scheduled as far in advance as possible.
