CALL IN
It may be necessary for individuals in certain positions to be available by telephone after
hours during the week or on the weekend. Non-exempt employees who are called back
to work outside the employee's normal work schedule will be paid for the time worked
or a minimum of four hours, whichever is greater. Employees are expected to report to
the facility within 60 minutes of being notified.

Call in hours will be calculated at the employee's regular rate of pay. Any call in hours
will be used to calculate overtime. Employees are required to punch in and out utilizing
the timecard’s call in punch in order to track actual hours worked.
