HOW TO BID

Internet Absentee Bids

Bid live anywhere in the world, using your computer at our website www.Trigo.co or use our iOS or
Android apps on your mobile device or tablet.

Live Telephone Bidding (Session One & Two)

Phone bidding must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start of the auction. We will ask for the lot
numbers of interest and will arrange to call you during the auction so you can place your bids with our
representative in real time.

Please note that we will only accept phone bids for lots of at least RM5,000 ringgit and above.

Email Bidding and Mail Bidding

At the back of the catalogue, 2 enclosed mail bidding sheets will be provided. Use the enclosed bid
sheets to email or mail it to us. Email bids to info@trigo.co. If submitting bids by mail, please allow
sufficient time for the postal service.

Live Bidding

In person live bidding will be allowed in accordance with COVID-19 directives and local mandates at
the time of auction. Due to standard operating procedures, seats are limited at the hotel, we encourage
attendees to make appointments prior to attending.

Accepted Forms of Payment

• We welcome payment by wire transfer or other immediate bank transfer in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR).
• All invoices will be made in Ringgit Malaysia. If paying in any other currencies, Trigometric will
credit your invoice the amount we receive from our bank, after any fees or charges.
• Any other currencies are also accepted with the exception that a one time fee of RM250 must be
added to the total invoice for banking charges.
