As Mizrachi Religious Zionists of Chicago chaverim, let us take this
opportunity to reflect on the highlights of the past year, Baruch
HaShem:
• Amazing in-person Yom Yerushalayim celebration featuring
Flying the Flag
• Continuing maintenance funding for our fully operational
Chicago Mizrachi Pina Chama, including funding its improved
access road to greatly enhance IDF usage and Itamar’s security
• Distribute HaMizrachi Magazine in Chicagoland and, via our Kol
Shabbat email, the new HaMizrachi Parasha Weekly
• New “Behind the Scenes” articles by Zvika Klein in our weekly
Kol Shabbat
• Virtual Religious Zionism lectures by ChicagOlim
• Ongoing support for Bnei Akiva, Camp Moshava and Moshava
Ba’Ir
• Upkeep of our beautiful new Outdoor Plaza and resurfaced
parking lot
And in the coming year, as we continue to emerge from the
pandemic, B’Ezrat HaShem:
• Begin a major remodel of the interior of our RZC Center – the
Lishka
• Advance our plans for college-age students and young adults
programming
• Continue and expand our projects in Israel, including the Chicago
Mizrachi Pina Chama and a new “Sefer Torah for TzaHaL”
project in honor of Chayalim Bodedim from Chicago
• Restart our in-person lectures and shiurim
• Welcome in-person Bnei Akiva programming
• Continue the rejuvenation of our Mizrachi - Religious Zionists of
Chicago organization
Please join with us as members, to reassert our link to Am Yisrael,
and – proudly – to the Medina. Let us share this excitement together
and reconnect through our shared love for and commitment to Israel.
Wishing all the chaverim and Am Yisrael a K’tiva V’Chatima Tova;
