美商務部：不加入 CPTPP

美國商務部長雷蒙多表示，美國不會加入跨太平洋夥伴全面進步協

定（CPTPP），將尋求成立一個超越 CPTPP 的新經濟框架，「在某些方

面，可能比傳統的自由貿易協議更牢固」。美方對 CPTPP 表態之際，

英國官員表示與 CPTPP 成員國的談判取得進展，有望在明年加入。

U.S. Polyester Textured Yarn Producers Applaud U.S. International

Trade Commission's Final Unanimous Affirmative Injury Determination

on Imports of Polyester Textured Yarn from Indonesia, Malaysia,

Thailand, and Vietnam

As a result of the USITC's final affirmative determination, which is
expected to be published in early December, the U.S. Department of
Commerce ("Commerce Department") will issue antidumping duty
("AD") orders covering the subject imports. The AD orders are
expected to be published by the end of December 2021. The orders

will put into place the Commerce Department's final dumping rates that
were published on October 25, 2021. The rates are as follows:
