PBMA'S VISION

RE-EXPLORiNG PBMA’S HUMBLE BEGiNNiNG

Geographically, Prime Brilliant Minds Academy is located at Lucao District, Dagupan City, near
the Missionaries of Charity of St. Teresa of Calcutta. The place where the school is located was an
abandoned fishpond and bridge that has now become a bridge of every child towards
education It was started in the year 2016 as a stand alone Senior High School. Its directress was
Doña Amparo Y. Primicias.

The first Administration is under the Former School Principal Mrs. Leonor C. Delos Angeles, way
back 2016-2018. The Preschool department was established and composed of Nursery,
Kindergarten and Preparatory.

In the Year 2018, the school appointed a new School Principal in the person of Mr. Urbano R.
Delos Angeles IV, during his administration, buildings and facilities are improved and build up
with its 21st Century Classrooms; Classrooms with Smart TV, fully air-conditioned rooms,
CCTV-protected school, WIFI ready, RFID Attendance Management, QUIPPER E-Learning
system and Flood-free area.

Notably, these are only few of the enumerable changes and development PBMA have
undergone. Big thanks to the Administration of Mr. Urbano R. Delos Angeles IV who has high
regard and advocacy for good governance and transparency, all of these things were properly
addressed.

The PBMA Vision “To become a premier Learner-centered institution upholding excellence in
education, inquiry, and training attuned with the needs of the dynamic society towards
betterment of the quality of life.” And with the Mission “Achieving excellence by committing
ourselves to be holistic, who devote in the pursuit of wisdom which flows from research,
Innovation, and transformation while upholding principles of a morally upright individual.”
These Vision and Mission are slowly becoming into reality; a reality that everyone should be
proud of.

Prime Brilliant Minds Academy Inc. - Training Center was established in the year 2019. It
started as a small private Technical-Vocational Institution which offers limited TESDA course
qualifications. With the few number of scholars and trainees, PBMA still did its utmost service
to all the trainees true to its mission, vision and objectives.
