            Location: Narberth, Pennsylvania
            Design Statement:  Positioned in the heart of downtown
            Narberth  and  on  the  site  of  a  former  office  building,  this
            52-unit  residential product blends  seamlessly  with its
            context.  The project contains a mix of walk-up townhouses
            and apartment units, with below grade parking and a lobby
            positioned at the corner of two main streets.


            As the building gets taller, the massing steps to create
            generous balcony spaces that relate to the street and
            surrounding town.  The exterior materials respond to the
            varying arts and craft and Victorian vernacular that is
            prevalent in the area, while still appearing fresh and modern.

            A 2,850 SF tenant amenity space on the first floor affords
            residents the option to work or gather.  The rear of the
            building includes a roof-top terrace, with six units utilizing
            the space for first floor terraces.
