Design Statement: Bernardon provided land planning,
architectural design, and landscape architecture services
for a four-story, 86,000 SF residential building with a
64-vehicle below grade parking garage. The design
includes 31 luxury condominium units of 2,400 SF, each
complete with a patio or terrace. Located on a nearly
two-acre site at the intersection of two main roads
in Ardmore, 100 St. Georges is in a walkable area near
many shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the
Ardmore Station with access to Amtrak and SEPTA. The
cast stone façade blends with the neighboring shopping
center. Interior amenities include a lobby with a fireplace,
club room, and fitness facility.
