Design Statement: Wellington Farms Apartments is an
approximately 25-acre site located in Lumberton, NJ. The
multifamily portion of this project is a collection of ten (10)
garden-style buildings, each with 30 apartments, totaling
300 units across the site. The three-story buildings have a
mixture of one, two, and three-bedroom units each with a
walk-up entrance and balcony.

At the center of this site sits the amenity clubhouse which
offers access to the leasing offices, a lounge featuring a two-
story fireplace, a gaming area, and a catering kitchen, as well
as, a health and fitness center with a view of the outdoor pool
area.
