Design Statement: Bernardon partnered with Dewson
Construction Company and Mottola Group Realtors to
provide master planning and architectural design for Stone
Brook, a community of six executive custom homes. Of
particular interest, two of the five current owners are repeat
clients. This will be the third Bernardon-designed home for
one homeowner (pictured above) and the second home for
another.
The architectural designs of the homes boast traditional
styles, while appearing historic in nature, to complement the
100-year-old historic estate home that will remain on site.
