Location: Allentown, PA
Design Statement: Bernardon is providing architectural
and interior design services for a new 58,400 SF, 133-
room Moxy Hotel. The new gateway project will redefine
Downtown West, located at 949 Hamilton Street in
downtown Allentown, PA. A Marriott International brand,
this edgy five-story hotel will feature open-to-the-public
social spaces, including a theatrical lobby, a 4,200-square-
foot restaurant, a neighborhood bar featuring nightly DJs
and performers, a cocktail lounge, and a courtyard with
yard games. The project is scheduled to open in the fall of
2024.
