Location: Chesapeake City, MD
Design Statement: Chesapeake City is located along
one of the busiest canals in the world and boasts
beautiful 19th-century architecture. The design of
this boutique hotel is envisioned as a three-story,
90-room destination with a mix of king, queen/queen, and
suite guestrooms. Amenities will include a bar, fitness room,
pre-function space, and a meeting room to accommodate
100 guests. Exterior amenities include a courtyard with
an outdoor pool and lounge seating areas and a formal
garden for guests as well as an area for public parking for
the neighboring park.
