Design Statement: Bernardon is providing architectural
design services for this 30,000 SF suburban walk-up
residential development. The three-story building is an
expansion on the existing Oxhaven Apartments complex,
based on a prototype which will be repeated twice to provide
approximately 24 market-rate units.
